About the event:

Governor Deval Patrick challenged industry leaders last January to establish an industry-university consortium to explore how Massachusetts can enhance and sustain global leadership and innovation in the broader digital technology sector.

Since then, engaged stakeholders have sought to identify opportunities to strengthen and re-invent this industry sector that has matured beyond “IT”.

On Monday, December 7, beginning at 9 a.m., you are invited to join the conversation with partners and stakeholders when the findings are released from the University of Massachusetts’ Donahue Institute’s study, “The IT Industry: Hub of The Massachusetts Technology Economy”.

You are then invited to engage in dialogue with Gov. Deval Patrick and industry leaders about transformative trends in digital technology and their implications for growth and development of the Massachusetts knowledge economy.

Together, we can embrace the challenge of ensuring Massachusetts’ continued leadership and its premier place as a tech hub.
